What is National Charity League?

The Lake Oswego Chapter of NCL is an organization of mothers and daughters interested in serving communities together. We are a part of National Charity League, Inc., which is comprised of 143 Chapters in 15 states. NCL has doubled in size in the last seven years, and our Chapter represents its current success, having been founded in February, 2001 and chartered in March, 2003. NCL was founded in 1925 by a group of women in Los Angeles interested in philanthropic work.
