National Charity League is a mother-daughter organization dedicated to fostering the mother-daughter relationship through philanthropic service, as well as educational and cultural activities. The Lake Oswego Chapter was formed in February 2001 and granted Chartered status in March 2003.

Applications for membership shall be accepted only during the annual membership recruitment period and interested parties must be sponsored by an existing member in good standing.
